This video is dedicated to my fellow youtube member radiogram56 from Spain, who so often made us watch his stunning radiogram: a 1957 Philips Capella 762. You already got to know my Dual record player, but there´s more - and among others I also have a Capella 762. Today I´ll show you. Mine was already made in 1956 but appears to be the same model. You hear the little dance "L'Invitation à la valse" (= invitation to dance), which was originally composed for piano by Carl Maria von Weber and later was transformed for orchestral performance.

  • Its very good.

  • hello there , what a great system the sound is amazing for its age and I noticed that to the left of the turntable is a set of knobs are they for extra sound dimension or are they non functioning ??? just curious . great video

  • super frumoasa!!!

  • Actually, "stereo" only refers to 2-channel systems first introduced in 1958. If there's only one speaker or channel, then the system is mono (monaural). The proper term for systems like this one, mono with 33rpm capacity and good sound quality, is "hi-fi".

  • Just wonderful!!!

  • Nette Truhe...

  • Das Teil ist aber geil !

Sowas sollte man schonend behandeln !
