Your explaination of exactly how to activate the crown chakra is perfect. The key words "awareness" and "just below top of the head" by the "soft spot" was what finally made this click with me. Now I can really feel it. I know its active now. Before I was blindly trying to breath into the top of my head and it wasn't working. This just made my day. Thanks so much. This is great.
