I completely understood why Gomez was feeling this way. She was afraid, afraid she'd lose the only child she could possibly have. She was already beating the odds by conceiving a baby, now all that was left was the birth of our child.

"Babe?" I whispered in her ear.

"Yeah?" she softly replied, shifting a bit in my arms.

"You need to eat," I answered, "for the baby."

She nodded, sighing heavily into my chest.

"Do you want a sandwich?" I breathed into her hair.

Again she nodded, "With pickles."

I giggled, my chest crashing lightly against her head.

Pickles were her favorite this week. Plain pickles, pickles in sandwiches, pickled soup, peanut butter covered pickles, oh the cravings were pretty much disgusting, but I endured with it just for her.

I laid her on her back, rolling out of bed and heading downstairs.

"Nick?!" she called from upstairs.

Let me guess, extra pickles?

"Yeah, Babe?" I called from the bottom of the steps.

"Extra pickles, please?" she yelled.

I chuckled. Did I know my Gomez or what?

She woke me up in the middle of the night, her lips pressing gently against my neck.

"Babe," I groaned, "What are you doing?"

"I'm—," she kissed, "—just really—," she suckled, "—in the mood."

Hormones? Possibly.

I felt her weight shift over my body, lightly pressing her small bump against my abdomen. A smile inched across my face as I pictured Baby Jonas.

"Nick," she desperately groaned.

My eyes slowly opened to see her face hovering over mine.

"Touch me," she whispered.

I wanted to laugh. I just wasn't use to this Selena.

My hands rolled to the top of her head, smoothing her hair down they lowered onto the small of her back.

"Nick," she grew frustrated.

"What is it, Baby?" I arched my eyebrows.

"Not there," she growled.

I chuckled, lowering my palms to her butt, "Is that better?"

"Hmm..," she teased, "Just a little bit."

I bit my lip, staring into her eyes. They hypnotized me, pulling me into her trap. My hands trailed roughly up her sides, cupping her breast in my palms. She moaned, digging her fingers into my hair.

"Do it, Nick," she whispered into my ear before crashing her lips on mine.

It was passionate, heated, and lustful, yet it was gentle, loving, and amazing.

"You're feisty when youre pregnant," I joked, stroking my hand against my chest.

Her adorable laugh crashed against her pillow as she dug her face into it. I rolled over, nuzzling my face into her neck.

-I meant to use "suckled." It's almost the same as sucked. The only difference is suckled refers to a more hungrier sense.
