  • I DON'T THINK IT WILL CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS. i CUT SO MUCH BECAUSE I CUT OFF ABOUT HALF OF THE ROOT STRUCTURE. sO THE FOLIAGE NEEDS TO BE REDUCED SO THE AVAILABLE ROOTS CAN SUPPORT IR. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

  • at 2:30 that mystery tree looks like a Dracaena marginata... i have on at home and when we cut the main branch of new shoots grew... its very hardy houseplant... its related to lucky bamboo

  • THANKS FOR THE INFO!

  • 100% correct ...dracaena marginata. If later you want more lateral growth cut the trunk again any where below the termial bud,and you will get 3 to 4 new tops every time.Just like when you do the same to a ponytail palm, which in that case the leaf growth pattern will change from long strait leaves to curly leaves..

  • i dont think cutting the leaves is a very good idea though... but idk maybe it is...
