RS2.5 don't have the ability to play at a high level. The EMIMs fall apart at a satisfying level. I had RS4.5, twice the EMIMs and a whole different story there. They blew me away, but the wife hated them, so......bye bye.

Well done, the best sound I have ever heard with this huge floor stands, got the set my self in 1985, still in supper condition, they are driven by Onkyo 7090 old like RS2.5s, but very powerful amp, Onkyo CD, Onkyo tape deck, Linn LP12 and Thorens MarkII turntables
