Goodbye - Janice Wei Lan (me singing trial 2)

Me singing again. Won't say much except I full blasted the mic to make my voice sound louder. I will practice very hard to make this sound close to perfect.

If I can, this might be the song for my audition for next year or it might be some korean song. What do you guys think?

My sister says I shouldn't audition because i don't have the talent; I'm just wasting my time and that I should focus on my studies. I'm actually very disappointed that my voice makes her have goosebumps. Sometimes I think am I really wasting my time singing these songs when I'm not as talented as other people.

I need more confidence in myself.

Hey, I've been listening to you sing. I think this is a good song for your voice. Wei Lan's voice is strong.....but it is considered soft too. Just work on good breathing techniques. It takes time to strengthen one's vocal ability. I don't know if your voice teacher told you this yet.....but a girl/woman's voice will continue to mature until the age of 30. So you still many years ahead of you to improve. Yea, use this song to audition. You are not wasting your time.

thanks. I'm actually not taking vocal classes anymore. I occasionally sing for fun now. I'll eventually do a redo with this song when I find the instrumental. Kind of hard

Huh?Sing a long with Janice vocal?If u really wanna improve in singing,the best is go to Karaoke,Sing with your own voice,never do sing along,If u do sing along everytime,when u need to sing without the original singer vocal,u will mess up in out of tune,anyway,i think your voice wasn't suitable to sing Janice songs,becoz Janice vocal gave listener a feeling like very strong and powerful,as what i heard of ur voice are consider as soft(feel kinda soft)
