Am in envy that you are able to put the 3D imagies together.Perhaps it is because of construction costs but, I observe that in the larger public rooms ceilings are too low. Perhaps you should look at the formula for the length of a room making a need for higher ceilings. There exists a reflectant cloth material which is not dangerous to hang on ceilings to give an illusion of height and volume.

I agree with you. But there is a broader look to emphasize only rendering of images.

Yeah. everything is result of 3D design effects. 3D Max and other multimedia software is used to design such models.
