A team of lionesses give the pride's young a hunting lesson in the African jungle. Although they will have to wait in line behind the adult males before getting a taste of their labours. Amazing free wildlife videos from BBC Worldwide.

  • Adult male lions are so lazy and selfish

  • makes me laugh how female lions go on hunting, risking their arse to get food for pack, and there is male lion 2:24 sitting his ass down just chilling like: 'ya that biatch will hunt for me and i will relax with ma cubs, sweet'

  • @madammao Sounds like most adult male humans lol.

But that's why I like Tigers more. They do the "Ladies First" thing since they know who takes care of the babies while they're out hunting lol.

  • @madammao

Not when the hyenas are coming

  • Nala is hunting Pumbaa!!

  • @TitanMuzik Male lions also enthusiastically hunt high-risk big game that will give them a spectacular trophy for the mantlepiece back home, but they can't be bothered to go after smaller, safer prey where winning the hunt won't show how manly they are. :)

  • and people are worried about dogs having food aggression.. what about these fuckers?

  • The female lions hunt because they are smaller and swifter and more likely to catch a kill. The male lion's job is to the protect the pack from rival predators such as hyenas. Female lions work in groups to bring down prey, but a pack of hyenas are somewhat too formidable for them to handle, whereas a single male lion can step in and protect his pride.

  • Male lion is a boss...waits til his woman makes dinner, takes it for himself and kids.

  • @Sraye they made a big rock with a camera in it and it goes by remote and it follows them, their is a couple of videos on here about it.It's really rather neat to watch!!

  • @madammao thats why i like cubs

  • I am curious as to how they get shots so close to the animal.
