i kinda wish they put battle trophies like in SO3 to kind of motivate players to do better and play more strategically. :D

My impressions so far: Back in the SFC version, Souretsuha/Soureppa (whatever you want to call it) would save my ass in this battle since all the enemies are big and fat but unfortunetely in this version, it got nerfed and there are more nerfed techniques out there like Ashlay's Senkouken move.

But the good thing is that you can now do a 3 hit combo from just normal attacks, making this game a bit easier than the SFC version. :]

i need some suggestions for which 4 other optional char to include inside my party..

i am thinking ashlay, ioshua, erys and welch.. cause i want to get erys.. anyway is erys powerful..? or shld i get t'nique instead? Thanks.

IMO, Eris is the best offensive Symbology spellcaster in the game because she can learn some of the best spells in the game. She puts her older brother Joshua to shame. XD

yea i agree with RuleOfDaWorld. you're better off getting Ashlay than Cius. the reason being is Ashlay is a MUCH better fighter than Cyuss IMO and if Ashlay has a high PA with Ratix (i prefer the original names) he'll give you Ratix's STRONGEST skills

I can't believe people actually don't like this remake, the game is amazing (I played the original translated years ago) and this remake looks and sounds AWESOME! gameplay is the same with a few twists from the later games which is great. Most sites that review this game suck.

Oh...so that's what happened.

Girls getting to beat up guys and always winning against guys is one of the factors why I noticed it's similar to the Tales series...regardless of that IT'S ALWAYS BETTER THAN A TURN-BASED GAME! (no offense to thoe who like to play turn-based games)

You don't have to get Cyuss. Instead you can get Ashlay if you want Erys (Ioshua Jerand's sister) alive. But I recommend you get Cyuss because in my opinion he's faster than Ashalay.
