This is my first demo reel which I made and presented for graduation from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Animation. Admittedly, my first ideas were either too alternative, abstract or too long so after a lot of working on story and about 10 big changes-This was the result. I tried to make the story entertaining yet meaningful and even hide many 'secrets' in the video which personally entertain me and those in the know. I made the backgrounds fun yet somewhat realistic and detailed - The idea is to create a 'world' after all. If you look closely
nearly every part of the world moves. The intro was made to be my character bashing his head with the Urantia book, turning into Stone Cold Steve Austin, Clint Eastwood and then Rocky. The outro psychedelic tunnel was done in Maya.

I had just as much fun doing the art as I did, the music and voices and yes that IS me being inhaled in the beginning! ENJOY!

Traditional tweening animation, Pole to Pole animation, Toon Boom timing, Adobe Premiere Pro layout and compositing, Adobe After Effects special effects, shadows and compositing, Autodesk Maya (tunnel outro), Sony Sound Forge all sound recording, editing and a mix of FL Studio, Absynth and my crazy instruments for music.
