  • thank you bunny for this wonderful clip :) I had no idea how quickly the body rewires itself! This is extraordinary knowledge to have that motivates me to continue! I heard that detox is different for everyone and that it may never come for some... you've encouraged me to do my research ;)

  • the first 3 weeks of transitioning into raw i ate handfuls of nuts and raw chocolate mixed (i struggled from emotional eating) bc it seemed the only thing i could eat that was heavy (what i mentally wanted)... but after feeling stomach discomforts I've been a week without my "daily fix" & i've been noticing weight loss already! PLUS i haven't binged =) So perhaps relying more on your green smoothies and fresh fruits rather than nuts or other heavy raw foods will help for you too ^^

  • Awesome, thanks! I've been eating raw for quite a while now, just not 100%... that is changing very quickly. Cooked, processed foods aren't doing a damn thing for me. Raw food power!!! ^_^

  • Raw cleared up my acne. It took about 8 weeks for the active acne to clear and my scarring is fading with time. Hang in!

  • I was wondering about your rash a while ago - the first video of yours I watched you were talking about it. It's so amazing raw food healed that for you. I wonder how this raw path is going to help my acne/scarring...
