The STJ axis locator is a device that Dr. Simon Spooner and I designed and developed in 2005. We then had a radiographic research study published using the STJAL in the May/June 2006 issue of JAPMA describing its use. The STJ axis locator allows the researcher and clinician to accurately assess the spatial location of the STJ axis during both weightbearing and nonweightbearing function of the foot.

great device doc now we need a device using this axis locator that can measure the angle as well like a digital goniometer with it.
