My version of Greg Lake's / ELP's song I Believe in Father Christmas played on a Yamaha PSR-S900. I learned the basics of this from a midi file off the internet. Voices intro Live Dynamic Steel guitar dual with Live Slide Steel guitar (midi file providing other guitar voices throughout), verses Live Bright Piano dual with Slow Strings, Chorus 1 and 2 Brass Section dual with Live Allegro, chorus 3 Live Allegro dual with String Quartet. Sampled sleigh bells and timpani roll. Styles intro, verse1,2 chorus1,2 modified Learning4-4, last verse and chorus Epic Ballad at 116bpm main variation C. Chords G 2nd inversion, D, Dsus4, Am7 3rd inversion. Better quality MP3 can be downloaded from - http://www.box.com/s/yfvs32vl92j6j2r6yl1e

  • Excellent rendering and accompanying video - Living in Madrid I liked the shot of Cibeles included at the start followed by those of other major cities!

What is your prefered midi source?

  • That is beautiful and must have taken a lot of thought and talent. Thanks for sharing.
