    so when you say separate fats from carbs does that mean that for one meal i should eat like only vegetables and for the other meal i should just eat all meats and nothing else? So.. we should never eat vegetables with meats. could you clarify this thank you

    The book explains everything - there's only so much you can get over in short videos. Veg (not potatoes) count as 'free' - they are so relatively low carb they can be eaten with either a fat or a carb meal. So a fat meal is any meat/fish/eggs/dairy with salads/veg and a carb meal is any whole grain (brown rice, quinoa), whole wheat pasta, whole potato in the skin, whole grain bread (no sugar - tough finding one) with any salads/veg
