This was their 3rd annual parade. I missed the parade which was only about 30 mins, but attended the park by the river for most of the day. Was my first time there

i wanted to go to this...but then i found out they were charging to get in to the festival..and i didnt feel like driving to harrisburg and dealing with parking etc...
