oh, yes: "About Time: Einstein's Unfinished Revolution" by Paul Davies. Great book, one of my top favourites.

Furthermore, the direction of our time may shift at some points, and start going backwards. This means that from an outside point of view, we would puke out cooked food, uncook it and plant it, so to say. But because our minds would also be moving backwards, we would notice no difference.

Einstein mentioned, about his theory of relativity, the concept of time arrows/directions. This theory states that because time is directly linked to the expansion of decompression of the universe, different universes could have the time moving in different directions. It's a weird thing, but what this means is that if it would then be possible to communicate with this other universe, we would be communicating backwards with each other.
