I will be the first person to admit that when I went on the Raw Food Diet, I wanted to lose a lot of weight, and I wanted to lose it FAST! I had read the transformation stories. I had seen the transformation photos. And I wanted that to be me.
After being on the Raw Food Diet for 100 Days, I realized that the weight was a fringe benefit to the raw food lifestyle. I was conquering my food allergies, and also getting nutrition straight into my cells for the first time in my life. My focus shifted from weight to nutrition.
Today I talk to you a little bit about phytonutrients, and why eating all of these fruits and vegetables is actually important to your health, and will help you lose weight!
I am total vegetarian has been for 12 years, I've did all raw before but didn't last long, I need the type of encouragement like you are doing to help me along.
Great job

Last thought. Have you every looked into the 80-10-10 diet with Dr. Graham? that might have some answers for you. Keep it up anyway!! Your journey will bring you to where you want to be because you are positive.

Hey congratulations Bunny. I watched a few of your videos from your first 100 day challenge. And you did great! I am glad you haven't dropped it due to any disappointments. Remember The winners in life experience "failure" but they are winners because they don't give up! Also I imagine knowledge is very important. I have done raw for only 2 weeks at at time. I find that I have a huge energy surge-start exercising-and around week 3 I start having MASSIVE cravings. so still figuring out.

Hey Beth, #1 You look great! #2 I can totally relate to your cravings monkey LOL. I started my own Green challenge yesterday to add either green juice or green smoothies to my diet every single day for the next 21-days. When I was more raw, I know these helped very much to "kill the monkey" so Andre's Revenge is perfect timing. THANKS for all you do and I'm praying for you!

Bunny,(or other raw foodie: you mentioned green and other herbal teas. Are teas the exceptiong to raw? Do you steep in boiling water, soak in regular temperature water, or what?
Thanks in advance
