Some singers do that to make it look like they forgot the words to see if the audience knows the words cuz if they forgot the words they would just stop not say anything skip that and go to the next part. So she did that to see if the audience knew the words and you can tell she did that is cuz when she starts again she smiles and she stops playing normally if people forgot the words they would keep playing. I actually know that oh wait im becoming a famous singer.
