hey doc, thanks for the great info, knowledge and experience. i have been focused on install mainly over the last 8 years in the trade but am now, due to necessity, getting into the service part of our trade. i have picked up tidbits of info along the way and find your videos helpful in helping discern certain things which were vague. i have been trying to look up a video on trouble-shooting package units to no avail. maybe i am not typing in the right key words...
