i use a similar method...if you watchh the video on my channel, you'll see the braid-out ive had & how it looks after 4 days ! lol

@abenjamin29 -I may re-braid with a watery moisturizer but I don't rewet. Damp hair is all you need to keep the braided look. The hair does not have to be fully wet.

@AmakaMusic -I usually re-braid at night using natural oil and/or a moisturizer. Then I take loose in the morning. I can redo this for about 4-5 days before I rewash.

hello thank you very much for showing the braidout technique, i d like to try it on my hair, only my hair is shot and so far my braidouts results are not very good.

Hi Saliiwa! This can also work on short hair. What I'd do is use large braids so the finished product looks more like waves. Make sure you add rollers to the ends of the hair so the ends tuck in some. That will help the overall look.

just remember oil is not a moisturizer

You are right. The water and conditioner are moisturizers. The oils I used, have a moisturizing feel to them. They compliment moisturize levels in my hair wonderfully.
