p90x womens results, yes women can do this and NOT bulk up! Want to get lean and toned? This is a GREAT way to do it! You don't have to be super fit to do it, just have the drive! 90 days sure did fly by! I think the hardest part wasn't always the workouts, but eating right! 80% of the battle with weight loss/toning up is nutrition! Shakeology certainly helped!!   • It's all about diet! I used Shakeology as a meal replacement and I know that it truly helped with my results! what you eat will account for 80-90% of your results! I would keep food log and try to eat every 2-3 hours according to a portion size that is right for you! Always pair complex carbs (like veggies) with proteins!

  • I started out with 5s, then bumped it up to 12.5s!
