It's all about diet! I used Shakeology as a meal replacement and I know that it truly helped with my results! what you eat will account for 80-90% of your results! I would keep food log and try to eat every 2-3 hours according to a portion size that is right for you! Always pair complex carbs (like veggies) with proteins!
