Damon Hayhow doing 1-arm Dumbell Bench Presses while recovering from surgery on the left arm. Left arm suffered a complete rupture of the distal bicep tendon (ie bicep tore off the bone) when helping a client rack a weight!

60kg dumbell x16 reps followed by 70kg dumbell for 8 reps and finally 80kg dumbell for 2 reps.

  • @MMAengland actuallu uni laterally movements have a carry over and his other side would catch up VERY quickly

  • thats just dumb because although he's pressing with the non-injured side he is still stressing the injured side because the body has to use both sides to stabilize. He is better off just resting until his bicep is fully healed.

  • Viva la Disbalance!

The last one was just lockout.

  • very strong-ull have one peck bigger than the other if u carry on

  • real good work i hope it doesant encourage people to work out when they just had there arm stuck back on their body. but wow what a lift

  • 170+ Dumbbell 1-Arm Press at ~200 bodyweight. Un-fucking believable!

  • That is cool. lol.
