You look pretty good here. But the real problem is the way the last girl feels. Men can be completely disgusting to you and objectify you. Bosses can be completely innappropriate - male and female.
Charm and social smarts can go alot farther than being really pretty in terms of attracting friends. Develop those and it will make you seem more beautiful.

ya, if people see a pretty girl crying their natural reaction is 'oh whats wrong, i want to save her" etc
if and ugly girl is crying its just plain awkward, or ignored

I think you've said that very well. Frankly, I find you quite attractive. Being always thought of as an attractive or pretty woman, I definitely agree with these "pretty" people had to say. I was injured and became paralyzed confined to a w\chair. So as you say finding people who keep it real is imperative no matter your look.
