Sir Isaac Newton FRS (4 January 1643 31 March 1727 [OS: 25 December 1642 20 March 1727])[1] was an English physicist, mathematician, astronomer, natural philosopher, alchemist, and theologian who is considered by many scholars and members of the general public to be one of the most influential men in human history. His 1687 publication of the Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica (usually called the Principia) is considered to be among the most influential books in the history of science, laying the groundwork for most of classical mechanics.

  • @iakodu not sure it just is

  • I can not believe when people talk like garbage. My boss talk like garbage. I am amazed this world still around.

Many people before newton did see the apple falling down, and could not see any further. However, Newton was able to see things that caused him to see many other things which caused him to arrive to F=G(M1xM2)/R^2

Now how people in stupid world can do that.

The answer is 1 in 5 billion. This is very conservative number

  • crazy man, live live

  • @iakodu

well for the age Isaac Newton it was possible a person who believes in god will be intelligent

probably if he was born to day he wouldn't have been believing in god and other mambo jumbo

but this is the age of religious wars and the birth of puritanism. makes sense he'd be deeply religious

but they way they tell the story he sounds like a crazy old coot, and he wasn't

those where pretty crazy times , stand to reason his views will seem crazy to us today

  • @tnb35 how is being deeply religious dumb? Euler was deeply religious as well.

  • @tnb35 how is being deeply religious dumb?

  • is this documentary trying to prove to us god exist, or teach us that Newton wasn't really smart but dumb.... of course he was deeply religious, it was 17th century england, every one was deeply religious
