Can't agree more pinto. For anyone that lives around the boulder area in CO, you'll know about a place called the Horizons? that place used to be full of sunfish and bass. I could catch like 100+ sunfish a minute there. Then some asshole showed up with a 20 gallon cooler and took like all the fish.

That was a pike. What's with the foreigners that keep everything they catch. I've encountered a few people that can barely speak english, that keep everything they catch. When you tell them they can't do that, their reasoning is that the police never come around and they'll never get caught. They don't understand that the laws are there to protect the fish, not just so police can write you tickets.
