@zephibby Did you live there in the early 90s? That's what he's rapping about, the Hill has become gentrified, rich white hipster college kids who rent houses. Yeah, it's not a bad neighborhood anymore, but I bet you don't just walk around the Eastside like that huh? Because the crime has mostly moved south and east, and the white people now occupy the hilltop, it's not rocket science.

i live in hilltop, and its really not too bad. I would walk anywhere here and I wish people could see some cities on the east coast, because apparently hilltop is some big bad ghetto to Wa standards...its about as dangerous as most suburbs on east coast cities.
