@keanu1336 I saw it years ago so I don't remember everything but I'll give it a try: I didn't care for the characters and the idea about their tasks (that they had the wrong ones first and then changed it) felt very cliché. Scenes that were supposed to be comical weren't funny. The idea about the merpeople and the story about the messianic writer felt like two different stories. The plot lacked internal logic. It felt sort of like an origin story of nothing.

This movie was so cute. I loved everything about it. I was a little sad when Clevland and Story didn't kiss, though. :(:)

This is probably the worst mocie I have ever seen. I felt robbed when I walked out of the theatre. It wasn't even worth the time I took watching it.
