GTA4 FPS mod with 2000% more pedestrians PART 2

There's a lot, a lot more than the 2x and 3x ped mods I have used previous to finding this. I'm sticking with this one for now on! More traffic too (120% more, wish was more. the 3x traffic mod was best imo). The other very important thing is it increases the ped and car draw distance, so you don't see peds disappearing once they get a block away. Thanks to Aus_Karlos for the mod.
