GM is just 2 letters.

They can mean alot of things, including "game master" or "game moderator"

In an MMO, I would say they mean "game master"

But in this case its basically the same thing...

There are a few games that use GM too mean Game Master...but most games use GM for Game Moderator because Game Master seems to allude to a title or status the player is expected to achieve where as Game Moderator expresses a position of authority hope this helps :)

Game Moderators DO hunt hackers in-game, and they show tricks and they hang out w/ ppl. they also look around for glitches to fix and whenever you ask a question about what is coming up they say coming soon or something like that. where r u from Pirates Online?
