RAGE 3 BLADE BROADHEAD REVIEW " DOES NOT OPEN IN FLIGHT " 400 FPS High Speed Arrow Test Crossbow

This test is to show that the RAGE 3 BLADE "DO NOT" open in flight at 400 FPS. This is NOT a penatration test, this target is Very ,Very Solid and made to stop arrows with 155lbs of Kentic Energy with any broadhead or feildpoint. Notice when i walked up to the target, that the arrow is buried 75% into the target

it is nice that you have been having luck with those broadheads,

I liked your video, and I might even buy these, however I have had good luck shooting the Grim Reaper razor cut, and the T3 from G5,

been thinking about the rage, but every time I see a video of a hunt, I see the arrow sticking half way out the animal, seen to few passthroughs to make me switch,

any idea why?

@odacir64 hello, thanks for interest, i think the 2 blade with the 2" cut is hard to get a passthru on a regular bow of 65lb of kenitic energy or less . even harder is the blades hit horizional to the ribs,the space between the ribs is only 1"to 1.25" on a normal whitetail deer. The Rage Broadheads are much to accurate at high speeds, for me to change to another brand, plus no cross wind problems with the Rage

@odacir64 , Yes the Rage 3 Blade continue to work flawless for me,just yesterday me and my son took 6 deer (5 does and 5pt buck) with the Rage 3 Blade with our Bowtech Stryker crossbows in Maryland also,1 was a complete passthru from the base of the neck neck through middle of the brisket,it only went 10 yards and that now makes 16 deer in row with Rage Broadheads,( 14 with 3 blade Rage ,2 with 2 blade Rage)

Penetration on rage is very minimal.

Hello thanks for your interested but this test was not for penatration, this target is made to stop arrows with over 155lbs of kentic energy.

I need my arrows stop as soon as possiable no matter what head iam shooting . I have damaged way to many perfectly good arrows by shooting through a target and tearing off the vanes or hitting a tree or stones.

I just killed a buck in Maryland on opening day with my Hoyt. Did not get a complete pass through with the rage 3 blade but it did the job on the buck

yesterday I got another doe, complete passthru on a quartering toward me shot.

where do you guys hunt

maybe we could get together in a hunt, I also shoot a crossbow, the Horton Vision 175.
