A salute to United States' heroes throughout the last century set to the original rock song "Remember The Americans" from Matt Fitzgibbons' recently released CD entitled Patriot 2: " A Celebration of Liberty". Please note that some might find the historic photographs (from the National Archives and Department of Defense) disturbing, and might not be appropriate for younger viewers.

  • Thank you veterans! Thank you for your selfless efforts, and the untold sacrifices the rest of us can never truly comprehend.

  • Who has done as much to protect freedom and liberty ? Who freed Europe twice? All they asked for was enough land to bury their dead, they are the great protector.

  • Defiant212,

I couldn't agree more. Like you I'm sure, I've had the privilege to meet some very private heroes who went somewhere overseas "to fight for some stranger's liberty". If only everyone would imagine a world devoid of Unites States' founding principles and the brave souls who defend them. How long would it be after U.S.' fall until totalitarianism, in one form or another, ruled the world?

Thanks for taking your valuable time to comment.

  • Katayama-san,

I think that's a really good idea. I've been busy doing radio and podcast interviews, but I'm going to seriously consider it.

    Thanks!

  • Alexis Capri is just downright stupid. Her mother must of dropped her on her head when she was just a wee one.

  • Don't let Alexis Capri get you down. She is just some chick in porn with very low self-esteem and she's not to bright. She has a selective memory. Her and her country have historys that are outside our normative behavioral attributes.

  • Amen, now we in iraq takin care of the terrorist scum and evil dictators while the rest of the world safely watches.

  • First off this world would be rule by nazies if it was not for us. Europe is always fucking up the world. they created two world wars and the nazies. every hates america cause we can kick all your asses and we were able to do what you always dream to do. This world would be nothing without us that is why god sent us to prevent you all from fucking up the world with events like the holocaust. long live America

  • FYI Guys - I'm an Aussie and I KNOW I'd be speaking Japanese and probably enslaved by them without the US in WW2. I was there!

We Aussies noted that the Brits high-tailed it out of Singapore when the Japanese came, leaving Aussie troops to fend for themselves. We haven't trusted or loved Brits so much since.

Please read your history books before displaying your vast knowledge of history.

  • AlexisCapri please note -

    1) Neither Germany or Japan declared war on the US

    2) The US armed / supplied the UK all the time from the Battle of Britain onward. If they had been a known combatant much of that help would have been sunk by U-boats on the Atlantic - see "Liberty Ships"

  • FYI Alexis - Neither Germany nor Japan declared war on the US. The Japanese simply attacked Pearl Harbor without warning. The US was feeding / clothing and arming the UK substantially since the Battle of Britain.

Also, the US took so long to enter both wars because they saw no point in killing their own for a Europe that seemed always squabbling among themselves. Pearl Harbor forced them in.

  • "In answer to your question Markyp19 the US provided -

    1) The internet

    2) The computer

    3) The QWERTY keyboard

All of which you used to curse them.

The US sacrificed millions of its citizens to protect and defend your right to curse them(without ever needing to - they weren't invaded like we were!).

The song applauds that sacrifice. Of course there were problems and mistakes and atrocities in America - like every other country's history.

  • By the way, I have an American patriotic song in my videos, take a look

  • No wonder America is behind North Korea in world popularity these days. You people really are incestuous bores.
