http://www.nevadamusic.co.uk/Guitars/Electric-Guitars/Electric-Guitars/sc1437... This stunning guitar from PRS features several features which have not been previously available, the SE Torero is a double cut-away guitar but the cutaway on the right hand side of the body is more pronounced to provide easier access to the upper frets. The body has been crafted from Mahogany and as with many other PRS models has a bound Maple top with a Flamed Maple Veneer ....

The neck is a Maple through body configuration and features a bound Ebony fretboard with 24 frets and unusually - a 251/2 scale length and no fret markers for orientation. Sound is supplied by two EMG humbuckers with an EMG81 at the bridge and an EMG85 in the neck position, these are managed via a single tone and volume control along with a 3 way pick-up selector toggle switch located in-between the tone and volume knobs ...

The SE Torero uses a Floyd Rose floating tremolo bridge configuration - an unusual but welcome addition on this guitar, the bridge and machine heads are finished in Nickel whilst the guitar itself has an immaculately applied Black Cherry finish which is slightly translucent so that the decorative grain from the Flamed Maple Veneer can be seen through it ...

Also used in this video is the Boss GT-10

  • Can we tune it in dropped C ?

  • @Cyberbob182 Yes, but you would have to re-set the locking trem system to be parallel to the body after as the string tension would be different. Also worth going up a few gauges of string when de-tuning.

  • @MrKiller92 It will just sound like any other guitar with active EMG's

  • we wanna hear the guitar, NOT the pedalboard. stop using the crappy distortion on the gt10 and plug the guitar to an amp, and no effects please

  • Dyin to get this guitar and slap some bare knuckle aftermaths in it.

  • Electric Funeral at 3:18

  • dude that van halen riff blew ass sorry but the guitar is sweet

  • @MrVlad9685 he is just improvising

  • anyone can tell me what song plays in the 0:34?

  • ive had this guitar for 4 months and the tune is still in standard, so yes the locking nut/ trem is annoying for tuning/retuning

  • not fair, i want this guitar, but without the annoyance of a trem. :(

  • Has all the right stuff... I just wish they made a "real" model of this! Its too expensive to be an SE, and not good enough to be a CS... :(

  • I'm trying to find a PRS with a good tone for Rock n Roll solo pieces... all the videos i'm watching have the PRS sounding pretty ..bad..
