  • @TheBlackKatana then you should have used that 400 speed to your advantage. after the first lap you put on the afterburners

  • @wafflepwnify u see David Rushida? It's like he's an android or something lol. And what's amazing is that he always runs from the front.

  • @GARTEE100 agreed. i usually run the 400 but I ran the 800 one time and it was pretty exhilarating and challenging after coming off the first lap

  • i really can wait to go to the ncaa. that will be so awesome competing with athletes of that magnitude. high school is getting boring. only 2 more years to go

  • @TheBlackKatana best race there is in track and field (with the exception of the 400). its a mental race.

  • @TheBlackKatana that is what im saying!!! they run sub 1:45 and instantly smile for the camera. As if they are getting an interview b4 the race.

  • how do these dudes not look tired!? insane stamina!

  • @BeFruitful7 the commentator means not as much basic speed, as in his 400 time wouldnt be as fast as some of his other competitors. Thats why he hangs back because 49 would be too fast for him, so he has to run a more even race.

  • He ran a even paced race

  • @BeFruitful7 He ran a even paced race
