On This Week with Bob Mueller... The panel of experts includes syndicated talk show host Steve Gill and MMA Creative Vice President and Democratic Operative Mike Kopp. We're discussing teacher tenure and collective bargaining in Tennessee. There seems to be some movement to keep tenure, but strengthen the requirements, and to keep collective bargaining in some form. Initially, it looked as though collective bargaining was going to be eliminated totally, and it still may happen.

Also discussing the U.S Supreme Court decision allowing anti-gay protest at the funerals of U.S. service men and women. The court voted 8-1 that it fall under freedom of speech.
