actually blinder can be very useful. It makes it so that the enemy doesn't flinch after getting hit. Ex. if you were to use a sword attack, the opponent would normally go into an invis mode for like a second or so. After getting hit by blinder, that would no longer happen. Chip spamming anyone? Area Grab, Area Grab, Wide sword, wide sword, wide sword? No need to wait for the enemy to stop flinching. But i guess this only applies to vs battles and certain navi fights.
