If there was no evidence of wrongdoing on Obama's part, they would have reported as such. They would have said something like, "since we find no evidence that Obama forged a birth certificate or used a fraudulent social security number--therefore, he can be on the ballot". But they didn't say that. They said, "we don't have jurisdiction in criminal matters". They ADMIT this is a CRIMINAL MATTER, but remain content to turn a blind eye. DISGUSTING!!!!

Can anyone name these Commission members and their political affiliation?? BTW it doesnt matter if they dont prosecute crimes or have jurisdiction, their duty is to give their 'yea' or 'nea' based on clear compelling evidence to accept the candidacy of an office seeker. Everything about Obongo is clear and compelling fraud!

Karl Rove is already trying to get Marco Rubio in as VP and Rubio is also ineligible. Our ex govenor was born in Canada and (thank God) is not eligible. I shudder to think what it would be like if she did to the country what she did to Michigan. The problem is Obama is the first president in modern tomes to directly challenge that term "Natural Born" He is not. That phantom language you speak of is the reason the term is there. When the original CUSA was written it was recognized that the country would be one of immigrants and that language prohibits a situation like Palin having a residence in Arizona, living 100% in Alaska then running for Senate in Arizona.

@zanografix I have no problem with "natural born citizen" appearing in the Constitution, what I do have a problem with is this cult of Obama-haters who are trying to add additional phantom language into the Constitution (like a 2-parent requirement, etc.) in their vain attempt to discredit the president.

The NH Ballot Commission hearing has resulted in a Criminal investigation. The Speaker of the NH House of Representatives has announced that he has ordered the State Police to start a criminal investigation into the conduct of the NH Representatives that supported keeping Obama off of the Ballot.

The criminal investigation concerns the misconduct that these members displayed after the decision to keep Obama on the ballot was rendered.

If Birthers really want to examine Obama's Birth Certificate, Obama is selling Coffee Mugs and Tee shirts with his Birth Certificate printed on them.

Just imagine,

instead of going through all of the needless frustration that you are going through, for a small donation to the re-elect Obama campaign, you can wake up every morning and look at his Birth Certificate to your hearts content as you have your morning Coffee and wear it around all day to remind yourself of what it looks like.

@ven104 Forging a Birth Certificate or using a fraudulent social Security Number is a crime. What birthers do not seem to understand is that the Ballot Commission does not investigate crimes. Investigating and prosecuting crimes is a job that is delegated to law enforcement and the courts. NH law dictates that the Ballot commission is to verify that the application is filled out and the fee is paid in accordance with NH law. If you want to establish that a crime has occurred go to a court of law

@joebananatube In order for anyone to be guilty of dereliction of duty, it must first be legally established that there is probable cause to believe that a crime has taken place.

The only thing that is going on here is that in the opinion of Birthers a crime has taken place.

Non Birthers can just as easily claim that you committed a crime.

Are you suggesting that if in the opinion of Non Birthers you have committed a crime it would be dereliction of duty if the authorities do not arrest you?

@Lyric695 I didn't say they did. I said they POINTED OUT it's a criminal matter. A criminal matter, whether actual or implied, requires investigation by those in a position who are required by law to investigate allegations of criminal activity on their knowledge of such. When a crime is alleged to have been committed, or is ongoing, there are people who get paid to find out if a crime really happened, if it didn't, fine, if it did, they're doing their job.

@GeorgeKiev It seems you get around...the question remains if you don't like the term natural born that occurs in Article !! of the Constitution then why don't you try to get that language removed by amendment? I'm sure most of the State Legislatures will be totally empathetic with your arguments after they ask why the law needs to be changed. (Or would Obama's deception really come to light?)
