What kind of asshole laughs after seeing someone fall on her head? Even if she was a complete stranger, most people would rush over and help her up, whereas you just point the camera at her like "Oh I'll record this in case she happens to die on camera or something." Quite frankly being in an EMT class has taught me how serious a head injury can be. However I cannot resist the urge to laugh if I see someone fall. Granted of course I'm going to run over and help them! But if I just watched them bust their shit I'm going to need a minute to get my giggle out.
