These are the Alleluias of Holy Week, followed by The Bridegroom Cometh. Starting the night of Palm Sunday (which is officially Holy Monday in the Orthodox Church), these are sung for the next three nights. It begins the awesome experience of Holy Week. When the Alleluias are sung, the room is full of incense, candles are blown out and lights are lowered, and it's relatively quiet because of the long notes.
O God I pray my focus not be taken off you as you prepare to return.
O God I pray that your Children never stop seeking abode in you by their ever progressing pursuit of truth.
And by this O lord I ask that the truth be recognized in this time so full of corruption O God, even in places which tread in your name.
I pray to ye, Son God Yeshua.

So beautiful.
The women's voices.
We should have Women Priests today, as it were right after Christ's coming.

"Behold, the Bridegroom cometh" in this video, however, is taken from an entirely different recording - that of Russian Valaam monastery choir. You can actually spot the accent =)

TWIMC: this is performed by Boston Byzantine Choir, directed by Charles R. Marge
Text:
Out of the night my spirit waketh at dawn unto Thee, O God, for Thy commandments are a light upon the earth.
Alleluia(3)
Learn righteousness, ye that dwell upon the earth.
Alleluia(3)
Zeal shall lay hold upon an uninstructed people, and now fire shall consume the adversaries.
Alleluia(3)
Add more evils upon them, O Lord; add more evils upon them that are glorious upon the earth.
Alleluia(3)
