They can't make you. Only practice can. Simulators do help though. A LOT. They save you money. If you can do it in the simulator, you can do it IRL.

Great Vid, I think the one thing you show that many don't is the piro rate of about on rotation in about 2 seconds. Showing how slow that piro is by just showing the piro first is important. That really helped me alot getting this down.
