I'm amazed to see someone pulling heavy after an actual spinal SURGERY. Most people are literally done lifting permanently after a procedure like that. Really inspiring. I have never had surgery but I have been literally crippled many times from back injuries. Luckily my chiropractor is literally a wizard blessed by the hand of God!

WOW...glad to see you posting videos again, Caesar! I'm sorry I missed you when you were in Pittsburgh back in the summer (This is Ryan, btw). But, you look amazing...both inside and out and i know you will meet your goal of the 700s...you are inspiring to me. Lord knows I need to get back in the gym (have a couple questions abt that.) Happy Thanksgiving!

Kind of strange question, but did you lose any height from the surgery? I hear about people losing height after back surgeries, alot.

@MD5 well...I did have a fusion of c6 and c7 so I would assume I did lose some height but I have not measured.

great to see you back and still working out hard. In my opinion, you look even better now then you did before your spinal injury. As they say, "what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger" right?
Well you have worked your way back and are looking better than ever. Just take it easy and do your best not to push yourself too hard, man. You don't want another injury like that to happen again.
