Simple way to do this without pushing enter:
Make two files: loop1.bat and loop2.bat
Code for "loop1": start loop2
Code for "loop2": start loop1
Click one of the two to DIE!

Not really a virus, just an infinite loop that will cause the computer to eventually run out of memory. A virus self replicates ;)
