The Red Ball Express was a crucial part of the War in France, it delivered much needed supplies from the Normandy coastline, all the way to Paris France, and later on in the war, past that, including into Germany. We cannot forget what these brave men did for us, Never was so much owed to so few men.

  • @hunszeker No it isn't when you consider that the military contributions of African Americans have been ignored for a long time. I look forward to the day when every American story can be told as American History.. period. Thanks for posting this video.

The day i allow insulting, racist comments like yours will be the same day a pig flies over my house singing the soviet national anthem. Your comment has been deleted.

  • Same here, my grandfather drove with them as well. I spoke with an elderly gentleman recently who was in the 101st Airborne. He said that they would never have been heroes without the help of the Red Ball Express, and that they were the real heroes. That made me well up with tears.
