A REALTIME screen-cast of a script done in "SIKULI Script IDE".

http://groups.csail.mit.edu/uid/sikuli/

We see it exporting audio (Music for Film/Audio Post stuff) to a new movie file from Logic Pro 9.1; and then opening the resulting movie file in QuickTime to send it by email using QuickTime's "Share" function.

After some experiments, I found the employed script to be the fastest and less error-prone. However, I'm sure there are other ways to get similar results.

A screen-shot of the script is here:

And here's a step by step "translation" of what's going on in the script:

1-Puts Logic Pro in the foreground.
2-Inputs the "export audio to movie" key command (I have it set to "Cmd+M").
3-Inputs enter key twice.
4-Pastes the name of the new movie file to be exported.
5-Enter

6-Waits 7 seconds (enough time for the exported movie file to appear in the the specified location: "Movies" folder within the Logic project folder). The time was decided by trial and error. In this example the movie has a duration of 1 minute, 26 seconds. I noticed the exporting process never takes the exact same amount of time to finish, but 7 seconds was enough for the file to show up in the specified folder.

7-Puts the finder in the foreground.
8-Inputs key command to "Go to Folder" (Shift+Cmd+G)
9-Pastes the path to the "Movies" folder.
10-Enter

11-Double clicks the exported movie's name based on a screen-shot and opens the movie in QuickTime. This was the trickiest part (not so much, really) because I had to take a screen-shot of a file that didn't yet exist. Basically I created a dummy text file, named it the same as the file to be exported from Logic, and took a screen-shot of it.

12-Inputs the "Share" key command (Option+Cmd+S) in QuickTime.
13-clicks the "Size" drop-down menu.(The option to send by mail is selected by default)
14-Clicks to choose "Large".
15-Clicks the "Name" box, which contains the name of the opened file.
16-Inputs key command for "select all" (Cmd+A)
17-Pastes a new name for the file to be sent.
18-Enter.
