It's not close to the best version in my opinion. It IS the best that is available right now. The best she ever performed were the 2 she performed at JewelStock in 1996 with the band she recorded what was supposed to be her 2nd album (album got scrapped). At Jewelstock both were recorded live by Atlantic Records but we were not allowed to release it with the JewelStock tapes. They are STUNNING. I plan to ask her management if I can finally release them after all these years. It's time.
