Why it is possible... to the overly educated, pat yourself on the back know it alls. First off you are gaining extra energy/oxygen from outside the engine, we call it air. Second the water is not just broken down by just electricity, there are certain frequencies that dissociate water more efficiently than just dropping a battery in water. Thirdly Keeley was able to dissociate water with just sound waves. Although most of his technology has been lost to the past.

It's not possible to know enough, education is the basis of which our society thrives! Even at the most efficent method (100%), it still takes the same amount of energy to break the bonds as it is to remake them. No such system is 100% efficient (thermodynamics). So there is no free usuable energy produced...

@787brx8 even mathematics such as Laplace/ Fourier transforms have found applications 300 years after invented, they are even now used in passive radars, the radars that can detect F35, and all stealth planes, Rieman geometry and Einstein equations gave us the GPS system many years after the theories were invented, and the entropy and 2nd law is an old theory but totally accurate!

@787brx8 what do you mean OVER-educated? all the physics and maths has a basis in reality, the REAL world, Entropy and thermodynamics have been studied by 100s of serious physics who are trying to disprove each other, they all found them correct. these physicists always disagree, Einstein proved classical physics incorrect at high speeds, Bohr proved Einstein wrong in QM, Feynman Proven Bohr wrong on another theory, all theories are based on reality!

@TheKitch2 the Japanese have been offering $1B money down for free energy, decades now, 100s of serious scientists went to work on cold fusion and water, NONE of them found anything, the Japanese still use nuclear energy. Only cold fusion is serious research and still draws several millions, in France they do even deeper research, but no-one has won the billions offered yet!

@787brx8 wrong! the Japanese invited scientists and inventors in the 80s and 90s, from all over, they gave them millions to work on Cold fussion and water, only cold fusion research still goes on, but no results yet, they will pay the highest price for such inventions. Mitsubishi alone are a group of 180 companies and factories, this group alone has it piece of cake to pay $1Billion for free energy because it would save them a lot more!

I could solve it anther way but they would not honor their end of the bargain. That is just the way this world works.  Might as well be 20 or 100 billion...in the end it only will be zero to some sucker that wants to help!
