Me too omg if you stick in the very corner of every wall peice sticking out before the camera stops saying access denied ima gonna shoot (or watever it says) it will stay there for a couple seconds and then go down as if you were on land. After it goes away jump and get to the next wall corner thing before it finishes saying whatever it says (repeat until you get to the end) The first time I did it I was like omg but I was scared because I thought the camera would stillcom

you can also use the peace maker while swiming and shoot the thing in the water before it comes up and kills you. once you shoot it it should be gone and you can swim anywhere
