  • i thought it was the japs that brought the flame thrower to war.

  • "Hot days ahead for the Japs", lol.

  • gotta love the old time blatant racism.

  • @BaronRaymondo619 They would do that? I hate them all. (I was refering to the abusive infantry.)

  • This video is great. First, lets get them to surrender, if they don't want to....well then we've got new ways to kill ya!!

  • Im not too fond of the merry tune, that goes with this footage.

  • @DaCosmicCat , Hi, Yeah, the USA usually treated POWs decently, but there were instances of course where POWs weren't taken such as always occurs in combat & all sides' troops do it. Many Japanese did not agree with the war in China or with the USA etc., including some very high rnking officers & politicians, & some officers refused to comply with brutal orders during the Battan Death March etc.

  • @christof139 Also, contrary to what people have thought in those days Americans treated japanese POW's much more humane and displayed better compassion than the japanese would. Japan would not only treat american POW's like shit, but also their own soldiers/civilians, they didn't care..all they wanted was absolute power and the U.S. knocked them out the picture - I know this because im Japanese, my grandparents would tell me stories.

  • Yes, war is terrible, an atrocity in itself.
