3 weeks to go till the big tournamnet and with a torn knee i'm going to have to rely on boxing and few kicks so we're focusing mainly on my boxing stamina. This usually involves fighting various people one after the other. I was friggin knackered by the 2nd guy hence the questionable technique!

  • First guy got hammered lol

  • Good vid, need to polish up a lot on your boxing though. silly errors, like when you extend your left arm and keep it out using your reach to stop your opponent from coming in can be a big mistake against someone who knows what they are doing, Your technique is good. i like the video. more training is needed though. youl get there, keep at it

  • whats that learning novice lads getting hard shots from a much heavier person ? i wouldnt allow this in my gym!!

  • takin the piss ! obviously a novice getting too many punches !

  • weight? height?

  • personally I would recommend doing the uppercuts off your lead hand, in this case your left..an uppercut from the right can expose you a bit more, unless you're squared up...
