  • for my curls it works better cut wet. maybe it depends on hair texture and type of curl...

  • I have naturally curly hair. And my hair CANNOT be cut dry. It's kinda crazy really, you can't do ANYTHING with curly hair unless it is wet. You can't style it, cut it, NOTHING dry. It sucks. I have been using mouse, but it doesn't work. I ordered curlisto today acutally! I'm excited to ty it out.

  • You have to cut curly hair dry. If you cut it wet it will look COMPLETLY different when you dry it.

  • @heidishoshana You are right though, curls are shorter when dried. i've seen some commercials on devachan, i want to try it. i learned some things from watching devachan commericals on youtube. thanks for the reply.

  • @npaujbais that's not true, i've received a dry cut before. the devachan salon cuts dry

  • @heidishoshana but, the salon always wet your hair before cutting. they never cut dry.

  • @crazygoofu2 yes, i researched and i think i'm wavy. i thought i was really curly but my hair actually falls under wavy. my curls are best at slighly below shoulder length and the roots starts with fine waves and the tips ends in ringlets. now my hair is neck length and it doesn't look as curly as it used to when it was longer. thanks for replying to me. have a good one. :)

  • @npaujbais Just google curly hair type and you'll find websites on it.

  • how do i find out what type of curls i have?

  • there is a lot of logic to cutting hair dry, especially when you are working with tighter curls. i have never had a good wet haircut because it gets cut too short and the curls never look the same when they dry. Cutting the hair dry means that you know exactly what it will look like while it's dry. If you cut curly hair wet, it's a crap shoot of whether or not it will look ok.

  • Um....everyone says cut it dry...

  • get that comb away from the curls! and cut it DRY!
