Can somebody please help me? ok i really want to play fallout 3 (on PC) on high settings and over 30 fps at all times, how much do you think a computer would cost if it could do that? please help, thanks. if it could be under 1000$ that would be good. im willing to buy certian parts.

In Fallout 3, you can completely heal yourself by sleeping on a bed, yet you can't carry a sleeping bag around. I always have to trek back to that one bridge overpass with that cardboard bed.
